JOHN EDMUNDS

John has an extensive and diverse background with over 30 years of business and Real Estate experience. John’s had his Real Estate Brokers’ License for over 25 years, both in Indiana, and Nevada.
After graduating from International Business College (AS) Saint Francis College (BA) he worked for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana as a Deputy Real Estate Assessor. He then moved on to work with Thunderbird Formula Boats as a Corporate Accountant and then as Western US Regional Sales Manager even selling truck loads of boats to Callville Bay on Lake Mead. As Controller of the Fort Wayne Marriott Hotel, he managed all accounting functions of the hotel, rooms, restaurants and bars. As a Corporate Accountant and Agency Administrator for North American Van Lines corporate headquarters in Fort Wayne, he worked with the Real Estate services group. John Then moved to Las Vegas as Director of Sales and Marketing for Capital North American. John has been buying and selling investment real estate for over 30 years, has purchased dozens of auction "Flip" properties and has sold 4-plexes to large apartment complexes. In 2005 he bought and sold 10 flip homes of his own and when time permits continues to this day buying at the auction. Now he’s helping people like you buy and sell their dream homes and invest for the future.  ANGELA MONTELLOLicensed Admin Assistant / REO Pre-Marketing Coordinator Angela was originally born in Houston, Texas but spent most of her childhood in San Diego, CA. As of 1997 she has considered herself a Las Vegas native. She has been working in the Real Estate industry since 2004 on a multitude of different projects.
In 2008 she joined the John Edmunds Team and worked mostly in the marketing department, as the business grew she expanded her workflow by working with John extensively with auction properties. Her goal was to procure these properties that would have a great investment turnaround. Working hard in the auction department paid off when she was promoted to Office Manager and has taken over pre-marketing for John's REO transactions. To date, Angela has completed over 1000 detailed market analyses for numerous banks, and has extensive knowledge on calculating probable prices for new up and coming homes. Angela has recently passed her Real Estate exam and is looking forward to adding to her Real Estate resume by taking on new tasks such as home-buyers and investors.
When she's not working Angela enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends, playing softball on her co-ed team, diving into a good book and taking advantage of life's natural beauty through photography and music.
STEPHANIE ANDREWSAdministrative Assistant / REO Transaction Coordinator Few and far between, Stephanie was born and raised a true Las Vegas native. She began working in the Real Estate industry when she was just 18 years old.
In 2005 she started in an office which specifically worked with foreclosure properties. Stephanie worked extensively with offers and buyers agents; monitoring lender requirements and ensuring a smooth process for buyers eager to enter the escrow process. When the foreclosure department began to subtly decline she switched offices and began experimentating with Short Sales. Managing a workflow of up to 80 short sale files with numerous lenders, she gained the knowledge and experience of the short sale and escrow timelines. As of May 2011 she has come to call the John Edmunds' Team, and Realty One Group her home. She works solely in the foreclosure (REO) department managing the teams' incoming offers, acceptances and escrow processes. Looking forward to what the future may bring, she is eager to help John bring in new business and expand her knowledge base and experience.
When not at the office she can be found chasing around her boyfriends' two little girls at the park, catching up on her favorite TV shows, and spending time with friends. You'd be sure to find her with a camera attached to her hand capturing all of her memories.
RIA SAVAIINAEALicensed REALTOR® / Short Sales Ria was born in Angeles City, Philippines, moved to the States when she was a year old; her dad was in the military so her family traveled a lot to and from Philippines, Guam, San Diego, CA and Oak Harbor, WA. Since December 2010, she has come to call Las Vegas, NV her "home".
Ria has been in the industry since 2000. She started as an Escrow Assistant and worked her way up to an Escrow Officer. She has worked with broker-owned escrows and title companies doing many refinance and resale transactions. She then moved on to work with Shea Homes to do new construction sales. She has recently passed her Real Estate exam (first time too!) and switched to the Real Estate side of the industry. She enjoys the Seller side of the transaction, but is looking forward to working with the buyers side, investors and other home-buyers.
Outside of work you will find her spending time with her kids at the park or shopping at the mall. She loves to cook and sing karaoke. Some of her favorite pastimes include working out at the gym to stay healthy, hiking and chasing after her kids.
Ria is fluent in: English and Tagalog.
Gentille has lived in Las Vegas for 10 years and has been a Licensed Realtor® for 7 years. She specializes in everything that is available on the real estate market: REO's, traditional sales and short sales. She works with investors, buyers and sellers - anyone who would like to participate in the Real Estate market - either residential or commercial. If you want it, she can do it! Gentille averages closings of about 5-10 a month. She has remained in the Top 20, Top Performers of Realty One Group (the #1 Real Estate Company in Las Vegas.) She has a no-nonsense approach to business and getting things done. She operates with honesty and intergrity and expects nothing short from whomever she may cross in her path - both business and personal. Though she's been licensed for only 7 years, she has a lot of experience in real estate as an investor, since the age of 20.
When she is not working 7 days a week and 15 hours per day, she tries to get some sleep! But in between she enjoys life has to offer from fishing to motorcycle offer. Whenever a new opportunity presents herself she is willing to try it. Her favorite pastime is mediation.
